Two Packages To Choose From
We offer The Essentials and The Enhanced inspection packages. The Enhanced bundles some of our most popular add-ons - a 48-hour radon test and thermal imaging - for significantly less cost than adding these services individually.
What You Get
Our home inspection reports are completely digital with thorough descriptions and detailed pictures and illustrations. Reports contain valuable information that potential homeowners can use to consult with their real estate agent. As required by state law, home inspections are typically two documents: a pre-inspection agreement and the actual home inspection report. You also get direct access to your inspector for follow-up questions and a built-in Repair Request Builder for agent negotiations.
